Ms. Elstad has proven experience identifying opportunities for growth and delivering success in small startup to multi-billion dollar environments. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Elstad had Executive/VP positions at Carbon Medical Technologies (bulking agent therapy company), Intelect Medical (acquired by Boston Scientific), NDI Medical (spinoff acquired by Medtronic), and held multiple leadership roles at Medtronic, including its gastro-urological business. Ms. Elstad was also a founder of a consulting business where she worked directly with CEOs and senior executives of over a dozen medical device companies in addition to leading cross-functional teams. Prior to her medical device career, Ms. Elstad was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen. Dr. Ganz is a board certified gastroenterologist, scientist, and inventor. Chief of Gastroenterology at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital and is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota. He was named Chairman of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) Foundation Board in 2010. He is widely published and reviews articles for several peer-reviewed journals including Gastroenterology and the Journal of Gastroenterology. Dr. Ganz has been issued more than 20 patents.

Mr. Klein is a founder and CEO of Carbon Medical Technologies (CMT), a company that developed a bulking agent for the use in humans. As an inventor, Mr. Klein is named on 8 issued US patents. CMT got FDA approval on its original bulking agent in 1999, and currently has multiple product lines sold worldwide. Prior to CMT, Mr. Klein was general manager with Medical Care America, and had multiple roles with Abbott Laboratories and Baxter International. Mr. Klein is a graduate of North Dakota State University College of Pharmacy.
